yes but i think that he is so completely un self aware, and so used to things itching and hurting, or always so numb, and has smashed all the mirrors in his house during coke benders, so he doesn't know he HAS a cold sore, let alone what one is, or what his name is, for that matter, and if he DOES know he has a cold sore, then he probably thinks it's the year 1722 and we don't have the proper meds for them anyway.
